It was a pretty non-descript weekend.  I slept in quite late both Saturday and Sunday, so I didn’t get a whole lot done, and it made the weekend seem to go even faster than normal I guess.

I did get some quality time in on City of Heroes on Saturday evening, so that was cool.  A group of us decided to start all new heroes and go on a badge collecting binge, culminating in Positron’s story arc, which took us appx. 4 hours to complete the whole storyline, and most (all?) of us went from level 12 to 16. So that was pretty cool.

Sunday I got a TON of laundry done, which is surprising since there is only one washer and one dryer shared among 12 apartments.  The next place I move into is going to have W/D hookups and a dishwasher. period.  I hate not having those amenities after living in my own home for the passed 10 years. Ugh!

I also went to a local writer’s “meet-up” group, which was very cool.  This month we had a much smaller group, and a much quieter venue than the Raven.  We met at the library this time around, and had about 6 attendees vs. the 15-20 we had last time.  So we were able to carry on decent conversations and discussions without having to shout at each other over bar cacophony.

I didn’t get any work done on any of my side projects, like my book, my game design, planned YouTube videos, or anything creative – so that was kind of a bummer. Hopefully I’ll find some time for those pursuits in the coming week.  I didn’t even login to EVE once!
